BARWANI (UNI) : As many as 24 people, including 15 school children, were injured, six of them critically when a private bus fell on the roadside pond 2 km away from Nagalwadi today, police said.
The bus was en route to Khargone District’s Keli from Rajpur here when it met with the accident as the driver lost control over it.
Villagers helped to rescue the passengers from the bus after breaking the window glass panes and arranged to admit them with the help of their two wheelers and other means.
The injured were admitted to government hospital at Nagalwadi while the gravely injured were referred to District Hospital.
