BJP MP grabbed Muslim family’s land, case registered

A case of grabbing land on 28 landmasters, including BJP MP Kamlesh Paswan has been registered. In the case filed on the court’s order, 12 persons including MP and 15-20 unknown people, have been named.These people are accused of forcibly registering the land.

According to the information received, the case is of Rustompur area of ​​Cantt police station area. The land belongs to Rajghat resident Mohammed Asad Ullah.It is alleged that a person named Nikhat Aara had forged and made false document. This order was passed on 29 February, 2008 which has now been canceled on April 2, 2012. Even after the order was canceled, Aara had transferred the land rights to Surendra Prasad, a resident of Gulariah. According to the report, the case was registered in Cantt police station,Gorakhpur on March 3, 2017.

The person who filed an FIR has also given CCTV footage as evidence to the police. On the basis of CCTV footage, BJP MP Kamlesh Paswan and his men were imprisoned. The police has arrested 15 to 20 unknown people, including Kamlesh Paswan, Arshad Ali alias Shanu, Shad Ali, Surendra, Satish Nangalia, Prabhakar Dubey, Amit Singh, Suraj driver, Akhilesh Dubey, Sohan Dube, Noman Hussain and Nikhat Aara on Tahrir of Asad Ullah. The case has been registered under Section 147, Section 148, Section 149, Section 323, Section 504, Section 506, Section 427, Section 120 B. SP City Vinay Kumar Singh said that the matter is serious one.
